Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics is established as a guideline to all DJs. It was formulated to represent the best moral and ethical virtues of a professionally run business. Fair treatment and respect for the customer and other DJs is a reflection of a higher professional value.
  1. To abide by all applicable laws, codes and regulations, which will protect the public against fraud and unfair trade practices.
  2. To strive for the highest level of services, and support the development of industry standards and safe practices.
  3. To refer repeat customers to the original booking company.
  4. To present products and services honestly and without misrepresentation.
  5. To be responsive and available to customers before, during and after the sale.
  6. To refrain from discriminatory practices in dealing with customers and our associates.
  7. To share knowledge, expertise and skills to advance the industry while respecting the confidentiality of customers and our associates.
  8. To recognize the rights of others to compete for business.
  9. To fully disclose common or related ownership of entities involved in any competitive bid process.
  10. To fully disclose the terms and conditions of all agreements or undertakings to all relevant parties.
  11. To follow through and complete any lawful agreement.
  12. To support and honor all written commitments arranged with the client and other businesses.
  13. To assist the customer in any reasonable way possible to ensure a successful event.
  14. To provide some type of Guarantee all our work.
  15. To advise customers of any changes in DJ, time, music or activities which may impact the customers expectations.
